WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BOOK A CALL?

01. Fill the Application

Before we book the project, I want to ensure we’re a match! Complete the application so we can get started. We'll then either schedule a call or I'll send over a simple questionnaire to go over all the details and goals for this project and choose a start date. I want to hear a bit more about your brand, your style, your vision, goals, etc.

Once the questionnaire is reviewed and accepted, I’ll add you to our shared Asana board where you can access the contract, invoice and see the entire project broken into tasks. We'll create a payment plan for you & Our project is now official!

02. Proposal

I’ll send you a personalised proposal containing the payment plan so you can look over all the project details. When you accept the proposal, you’ll make your first payment (I require a 25% deposit and a signed contract to reserve a spot for your project in my calendar) and I’ll put your project dates on the calendar. It’s official!

04. your turn

This is a powerful part of the process! You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire that helps me get clear on your business, your mission, and your values. I use all of these details to help your brand + website stand out.

Before we start, you’ll receive your website content planner to start filling out all of your page content, and organise your photos and copy for the website and choose a Showit template (I can provide you with some template options). All of this is due 3 work days before our project start date.

Once I have all the pre-work from you, I’ll create a mood board to set the tone for the visual direction. If at any point you’re looking for more clarity, we can always hop on a call and go over everything together.

05. let's design

Time to create! Once you submit your page planners, over the next 2 weeks, I’ll be working on bringing your vision to life. You'll receive one page first for approval (2 revisions) and then the other page after (2 revisions) -  I will send updates throughout the weeks and even items to approve.

Once the designs are approved, images submitted and the template is purchased, I'll start customising the designs. Any design changes after this point are billed separately. During this time, I ask that you finalize the rest of your pages content based on the layout/flow of your template. Once the development is done you'll need to review the custom pages and make sure everything is linked up! You'll receive the final invoice at this point, and once paid, I will transfer the custom designed template over to your Showit account.

06. launch time

After connecting your domain, and going over everything, the website will be transferred to your account and you’ll receive all your brand files, + a screenrecord going over your website to help you with future edits.

Once the domain is connected and SSL certificates are set, we’re ready to launch your new website! You’ve got an incredible new brand and website – now it’s time to share it with the world!
